The DailyPress of Escanaba, Michigan, informs MHProNews.com of the passing of longtime manufactured and modular housing dealer Philip L. ?Phil? LaMarch on Feb. 14 at age 92. He began in the automobile business, than switched to RVs and mobile homes, and developed Far View Estates, the first manufactured home community in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. He and his late wife, Leona, owned Phil and Lee?s Homes, now operated by sons Dennis and Rick LaMarch. MHProNews extends its deepest sympathies to the LaMarch family.
